FAIL - Application at context path [/omris] could not be started

Error after installing DHIS2-40 on windows server 2016
After having followed the different installation steps on windows which take place normally, I have this error message in my browser when I try to launch my instance: “The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.”
When I look in Tomcat Web Application Manager, my application does not start. When I start it I have the following error message: “FAIL - Application at context path [/omris] could not be started”.
I searched the community for similar errors but nothing helped.
Applications:
postgresql-14.8-1-windows-x64
openjdk-11.0.2
apache-tomcat-9.0.76
dhis2-40.0.1

I specify the tables in my dhis2 database have been correctly deployed.

Would you please share the complete Catalina.out log (without sensitive/authentication info)? From the logs we might be able to uncover the specific reason to why it’s failing.
