Export empty file in 2.29

Hello Team ,
I was processing to wxpoet event data but after export it the file doesn’t contain any data (1KB) ONLY .

The version is 2.29

Hi @Betelhem_simachew,

Make sure your user account has the access to the event data you’re trying to export. Do you get different result if you choose a different file type to download?

I’m also moving your post because it’s not related to this topic (Metadata import error).

BTW, I believe you are advised to upgrade as 2.29 is no longer supported.
