Dear DHIS2 community,
I have a suggestion to have a feature of “Add a Text Box” feature in data entry forms in Tracker & Capture. This will be super-handy to have headers, sub-headers & give some spaces between the Questions.
If we are implementing please implement this in both web and android app.

It makes sense to add this feature to the form design. I wonder if there are other people who’d find this useful? Would you like to create a feature request and share the link here so we’re triaging to the developers and other community members can vote, like, and comment?
