Event Reports data can be restricted Catgeorywise customs filter

Dear All,

I have created one category option groupset with the 4 value of Category option and I used these in event reports has filter for data.

Is there any way to restricted event report data to Category option filter wise.
(For eg: If users belong to some PUI category option then he or she can select PUI option in the Filter.)

I think this can be achieved with useroles setting. each option can be assigned a role. this can restrict access to what a user can see.

But I am not talking about option group its categoryoption group set which is used in event reports as filter.

Hi @Ravikumar,

Once you have created an unfiltered event report you can add the category option set using the left hand pane by double clicking on the name of the category option set.

This does, however, not automatically filter the date.

Once added, go to “Layout” and remove the category option set from the “excluded criteria” by double clicking the name.

This should add the information to the event report and also filter it.
