My DHIS2 is version 2.31. I try to import data in to Event program several times. However it didn’t work. my format is below:

Any advice.
Another thing, could i import event program for one event with different Org unit and value?

Dear all,
At WHO we are using a application called Bulk Load to upload data from excel which could help you guys. This application doe snot require any mapping of data elements.
The application generates templates automatically from any data set or event program. During data upload it identifies duplicates (e.g. duplicated events).
The latest version of this app was just release, in case it helps Bulk Load app 3.5.1 now available
