Event Import: "Valid attribute option combo must be specified since program does not have the default category combo"

When trying to import event data, I get the following error: “Valid attribute option combo must be specified since program does not have the default category combo.”

The attributeOptionCombo column does not export in the csv Event Exports.

I get an error (Too many entries: expected at most 17) when I try to add a column to the Event Import csv file for ‘attributeOptionCombo’ specifying a UID for the option.

Any tips for successfully importing new event data?

Thanks! This requires testing step by step to see what’s going on. Would you share a template of the CSV file that you are importing?

Yes, I have attached the template!

This template works perfectly fine for any programs that do not have Category Combinations (for the additional drop-down selections at the top of the Capture app when selecting a program). However, I get the error described above for any events that have category combination options.
