Hi everyone, please which table in the DHIS2 database is event data collected from the Capture app stored?
Hi @Rae
Would you like to share the use case as there might be more than one way to achieve the result you’re looking for? Why does it have to be the database? Would using the API endpoint work?
I think what you are looking for are the several tables that start with analytics_events_####_YYYY
such as
analytics_event_ur1edk5oe2n_2020
analytics_event_ur1edk5oe2n_2021
analytics_event_kla3mapgvch_2022
analytics_event_qdkgabb5jlk_2023
I wanted to pull the 2025 event data that has been collected as an alternative/temporary solution since they’re not visible on the analytics apps.
thank you @Gassim.
This worked. I can see the data on this table, but not on the analytics app.
Also, what does it mean when I have multiple tables with the same year? Please see image below.
Thanks for the clarification.
Good approach! I think this is related to the issue you mentioned (Capture Data not reflecting on analytics app - #47 by Rae) so this might actually help with the investigation to what’s going on (cc: @Karoline)
It’s okay to have multiple tables with the same year and I think it’s by design the way analytics tables export is handled.
Thanks!
Thank you for your responses.
Yes it is.
Yes, you’re correct. But just to mention, I noticed that every one of the tables contains information for a form.
