Event coordinates is not showing in GIS

Hi all,

Is there any steps before generating event layer in GIS menu? (for instance, clearing cache or else)

I have several coordinates that I captured in tracker, but when I try to make event layer I get this:

I have make sure that I clicked the right period and org unit but this error keeps showing.

Am I missing something?
