Error while opening map: Could not load map with id xxxxxx

I created a map and saved it. I added it to a dashboard but the map is blank. When I open the Map app and try to open the saved map, I got the error message
Error while opening map: Could not load map with id "T92OALLcJf3".

I checked the console and I am getting error 500.

What version of the Maps app and version of the dhis2 instance you are using? Would you please share the steps to reproduce this issue in any of the play.dhis2.org instances?

If you are not able to reproduce the issue, please check the Network log, Console log, and even the Catalina.out log for indications. Thanks!
