Error while adding Relationship in tracker capture v27

Hi All,

I am trying to add a relationship in tracker capture v27 while saving it throws an error. I’ve attached the screenshot of the error.

I’ve also tried it on (https://play.dhis2.org/2.27/).

Any help will be appreciated.
