I faced problem when I enroll new tracked entity insatnce in tracker program (Capture App).
The following message appears as shown in the picture:
Look in the Response section — it will show messages like:
I am working on DHIS2 2.41.3.1 and Capture 101.33.2

As first step I would suggest you upgrade to the latest patch version of 2.41 as well as the latest app version of capture (eg 103.3.1). I believe there has been some recent fixes around this in the latter releases of both so I am hopeful this can fix your issue!
If you are not able to do this yet, I would suggest you also check the two integrity checks (slow) for program rules with actions lacking a data object and an attribute as this can also cause similar error messages. But my main recommendation is to upgrade to recent releases.
