I noticed that in recently upgraded 2.29 I am unable to open the Settings, Profile, or account (although this works on http://play.dhis2.org/2.29 ). It appears that there is a problem with the way that the server is using 2FA in dhis-web-user-profile app from the logs (see attached). Did I forget to do something in the upgrade? Is my user account not set up right? Or is it something else?

Hi Adam,
I have experienced the same problem with yours. I think it’s a bug and they already fixed on latest revision of 2.29.
You need to upgrade to your system to latest 2.29, then it should be fine.
