Failed to update the event in the server
Invalid format: “07-11-2018” is malformed at “18”.What does this error mean in Tracker Capture version 2.30?

the issue is that the server is receiving a date format it is not expecting. Are you able to reproduce this issue using https://play.dhis2.org/2.30? In either case it would be helpful if you could try to describe the steps to reproduce this, then @dhis2-tracker can have a look at it.
