It clearly states there is an invalid email recipient setup for your dataset notifications. I don’t think this has to do with an incomplete data set, based on the error you’ve shared.

My problem is that when i am done with my data entry i receive an error that my dataset is incomplete and when i check my log file my error is invalid email address.
Thanks, do you have data set notifications setup? That would be the cause of the email address error. It is likely that the system is logging the invalid email address correctly, but the API is returning a general error that your dataset is not complete (even though the real issue is the invalid email address in your notifications configuration).
Also, what version are you using. We can test on the Demo servers.
