We are having difficulty adding new events due to the error message we are receiving: ‘All expected events are present, no more events can be created’. This issue occurs even in TEIs (Individual Tracking Entities) that do not have any registered events.
Are you able to provide more information? Is this a new program or an old program that has been working just fine until now? Did something change on the program configuration like scheduling etc, is it for specific users or everyone, new program rules, did you have an upgrade or update etc?? The question has limited information for people to assist unless someone has an express similar issue out of no where.
Thank you. It is actually an old program, and it works normally. Nothing has been changed in terms of settings, except that we have changed the user roles. I am a superuser and I do not face this challenge.
Check the Sharing settings of the program stages and ensure the users facing the challenge have the edit and view data rights. Note that this should be done for both the program and the program stages.
