Enterprise architecture, public policy, digital transformation, digitalisation, HISP

Hello dear all,

I am Beegee, an IT Systems Mangement and Public Policies Implementation Consultant from Cameroon.

I and my team are supporting the Government of Cameroon and other public agencies/entities in their digital transformation agenda fulfilment.

Specifically, we are contributing in their enterprise architecture (EA) projects for aligning policymaking mechanisms and policies enforcements to their effective implementations within digitalisation assignments, data collection optimization activities, change diffusion objectives and evaluations. Our interventions range from health to education sectors along those of agriculture, finance and energy.

In enrolling to this training cursus and getting connected to this HISP Community of Practice (CoP), my objective is twofold: (1) acquiring necessary and sufficient skills on this de facto new standard for gathering, analysing and reporting data in health, education, energy and climate sectors, and (2) understanding the mechanisms, techniques and tools behind this successful combination of open source solution building blocks for making such a powerful platform.

Hope the journey helps in fulfilling these objectives.
