Enhancing Stunting Monitoring in Jakarta through DHIS2 Implementation

This poster presents Jakarta’s experience in improving stunting surveillance through the implementation of a DHIS2-based Data Warehouse (DWH) system. It highlights how the integration of Capture and Tracker Capture modules has enhanced early case detection, continuity of care, and referral coordination between primary healthcare centers (puskesmas) and referral hospitals.

Key findings include a 5x increase in follow-up cases in East Jakarta, significant reduction in data fragmentation, and promising potential for scaling the model to other regions. The system’s design supports real-time tracking and structured case management, enabling more responsive and data-driven public health interventions.
