empty webpage after installing tomcat

Hi,

I have installed all components required to run DHIS2 but when I tried to open the home page by typing localhost:8080 on the addres bar it gives a blank page as seen in the attachement. When I look in the log file of tomcat there is an error called "

Joseph,

Your log in not indicating that tomcat has deployed DHIS2 except if

you have cleared the log and not restarted tomcat after deleting the
log. Please ensure that either you have the deployed dhis2 folder
inside your tomcat webapps directory, if you just have the dhis.war
file it will mean that tomcat has not deployed correctly. Try
copying your dhis.war file to your tomcat webapps directory and
restart tomcat, if successful you should start seeing references to
dhis in catalina.out. Ignore the APR library errors as tomcat does
not come bundled with APR you may optionally set it up later.
