Does anyone know how to set up program stage email notification?
So far, I have done these:
Created the program stage notification. It is set to send email to org unit one day before the due date
Fill in email address in user profile
Setting up the email sender. Test email was sent successfully
Program Notifications scheduler set daily at 8:00
A TEI enrolled on 5 February and his due date for follow up is tomorrow. I think the notification should be sent at 8:00 today but until now there is no program notification received.
Since you have all the other steps right, you just need to add a program stage notification and set up a message template, if this is missing in your steps, add this:-
Within you program stages, use the stage that allows you schedule next visits and set the notification template
An example below
When Analytics run at the scheduled time, the message will be prepared and placed in outbound and at 8am will be send to the email of the Orgunit.

You will have to wait for the scheduled analytics that usually runs at midnight for most of the the instances, running analytics from reports will not trigger the messages and again has to be at the time you set it to go out.
What version are you using?
Please set the reminder to go out 1 day before and schedule and appointment for 9th Feb to be able to receive the mail tomorrow on 8th Feb.

I have followed all the steps Karina did and your’s but no notification sent by mail if I use “Organisation Unit contact”, but if i use Users at organisation unit then its give me message internally in DHIS 2 and in my email address, as I set email address of mine to the Organisational Unit contact as well. But if I use Organisation unit contact its not happening. I enabled email notification in system and user profile as well, run scheduler for notification, set up email. Can any one tell me what is required more.

I´m following this discussion happened time ago. I´m trying to understand if Notifications, setting up as Karina and you´re mentioning, can be sent with more frequency, for instance, every hour? or the system only allows to send them once per day? also, I´m trying to understand if this feature works along with the analytics update, means, when analytics runs?
