Hello, I have a concern,

I have Setup the referral mechanism from the tracker program stage and the record can be accessed from the referred HF, the problem is I can not trace the referrals that were done (from the web and also from the mobile App) is there a way a program rule or any other method can be used to trace the referrals done?
