Either csv or json format are ignore to import in version 2.39.5 while working well in 2.29

Dear everyone,

I hope this message finds you well.

I have recently encountered a few unknow issue while importing into a dataset using csv or json format (in attachments). It works well in 2.29. However, after upgrading to 2.39.5, all records in either csv or json that works well when importing with 2.29 are ignore in 2.39.5. Anyone has had similar issue? Your advice is highly appreciated.
