Editing Expired Period Fails with 409 Despite F_EDIT_EXPIRED

Hi team,

We often need to make changes in expired periods. To support this, users with the F_EDIT_EXPIRED authority should be able to edit events in expired periods.

I see that this issue has already been reported on Jira, but it remains very crucial for our business processes. Could you please provide an update on its status?

Thanks for the link to the Jira issue. I think this issue needs to be fixed at the dhis2-core. I’ll follow up with the team and let you know if there are any updates.

Got confirmation from the Tracker team that the issue is in their radar so expect an update soon. You can also 'watch' the ticket to receive notifications as soon as there's some progress.
