this is admittedly a bit confusing and could have been optimized, but not a bug.
The behavior is to display all org units associated with the current user as roots in the tree. This is useful for the typical use-case: an officer being associated with two or more districts at the same level.
In your case you can simply not associate “Bo” with your user - it has no effect since the selection is hierarchical (gives you access downwards in the tree) and you already have access to Bo through Sierra Leone.
