I have tested on different instances including the demo server, all data elements of type text without option sets have duplicate entry fields in the tracker capture
see below BP, I first though it was only with Tabular entry but even timeline data entry

I’ve tested this again using 2.25 from yesterday, and that bug has not been fixed.
All text fields without option sets have duplicated fields displayed. When you enter data, it appears in both fields. So it looks to be a display problem
