Dear Erling

We have the issue on loading option set(drop down menu) in tracker capture mobile app, We assign option set for the particular column For Eg: Sex Column We gave options like Option 1.Male and Option 2. Female, it can’t shown in the data entry screen but it shown in web app.

It is likely a customisation issue. With the information you have provided it is difficult to pinpoint the actual problem. I am not sure for instance the model of the device, the customisation e.g that is are your options sets set to public view. Also i am not sure about the logs which are not shared. It is likely you have to compare with an instance which is already loading properly and follow through your customisation.

Perhaps someone else has an alternative.

Wait for the new release for Tracker Capture which should be out on Google Play tomorrow. The app which is on Google Play always targets the latest version DHIS 2 which is now version 2.24.

We have the issue on loading option set(drop down menu) in tracker capture mobile app, We assign option set for the particular column For Eg: Sex Column We gave options like Option 1.Male and Option 2. Female, it can’t shown in the data entry screen but it shown in web app.

Yes. We tried the procedure uninstall and re-install it, but the same problem exist.

And Now we are tried with older version with some other mobile its working fine.

I am not sure for instance the model of the device, the customisation e.g that is are your options sets set to public view. Also i am not sure about the logs which are not shared. It is likely you have to compare with an instance which is already loading properly and follow through your customisation.
