Is there is a way to display text in a label in DHIS 2. we would like to have an introductory note showing in a form before a user starts filling a data in a stage in a tracker program.

There are two ways to displaying text for instructions in the Tracker program form. One way is to add the instructions to the description of the data element and the other is to use a program rule that will add the text as in the screenshot below:
