Almost every year, after submitting the annual report we are facing with a problem, where users changing the original enrolment date, and as a result we have to find that enrolment and restore back an original registration date.
My questions are:
Is there any possibility to lock the enrolment date and data on the role\group base by using program rules?
Is there any ability to make READ-ONLY an enrolment and/or events for the certain\past years on the role\group base by using program rules?
Can we somehow change the enrolment date with PRs?
Thank you for your reply. In general yes, that’s correct, it should include enrollment\events date and ability to get ability to react by the PR if they have changed.
And also would be great to add on top of this ability to block past enrollments and events except certain group/role users. This is different from completing the event or enrollment, as in my case we have many cases which may take longer period (years some times) to be completed, and the same time there might be new cases. Particularly it has relation to the human rights protection program.
