[Dhis2-usuarios] Can not register persons in individual records.

Hi,
In individual records, the persons we add will not be registered or show
in the list afterwards, any ideas why?

I tested this on my laptop and It’s ok. But the bug occurs when I tested on demo server. Could you please send to me the log file ?
