On upgrading our instance to 2.25, we cannot access the system setting module as indicated in the attached screenshot.
Kindly advise.

Can you try and run in your sql console:
delete from systemsetting where name=‘keySmsConfigurations’;
This will delete your sms gateway configuration… so you need to reconfigure it for 225

Yes, the binary config has changed from earlier versions… so you need to delete the old config, and then reconfigure it in 225
