DHIS2 to Shape File (Export)

Dear Devs

Is anyone aware of export functionality allowing the generation of a shape file from DHIS2 coordinate data?

If not - is there any viability in getting a scholar involved in GSoC to develop this type of functionality? Portable data is a security risk but luckily none of us are potential “Snowdens”…

Hi Greg,

I think we currently do produce GeoJSON, which you could transform to Shape using ogr2ogr or similar?

Also, Jan and Bjørn are currently revamping the whole GIS machinery, so I think this should be much easier from 2.23.
