Hi,
I am working on the digitization of the paper form of an integrated bio-behavioral survey among MSM, Morocco -2020
Is there a DHIS2 demo for this type of survey.

There are quite a number of survey use cases int he community, but not a full survey on dhis2 demo. The nearest yo can get is

But am sure you can be able to come up with one using tracker event.
