I need support!
While I’m using DHIS2 version 2.31.3, I constructed a Tracker Program that allows me to enter data into the database. However, I am unable to generate a report from the entered data using an Event Report, despite the fact that the data was displayed on the Tracker board for the relevant org unit.

I recommend using the Data Administration app → Maintenance, and then select the options in the screenshot below:
After that use the Browser Cache Cleaner app to clear the cache from your browser. I would say to also try a different browser in incognito mode.

It works after I use the ‘maintenance’ checks and I run the export of the analytic table.
