DHIS2 patch release 2.39.2 is now available

Dear all,

DHIS2 version 2.39.2 (patch release) is out with bug fixes and enhancements.

This is the latest stable release for version 2.39, and supersedes releases 2.39.0 to 2.39.1.x.

Thank you @phil for the update notice. Quick question: on the list of bugs, are these the bugs that have been fixed in the release or are these the known bugs coming with the release?

The list of bugs in the release note are the bugs that are fixed in the release.
