DHIS2 version 2.35.7 (patch release) is out with bug fixes and enhancements.
This is the latest stable release for version 2.35, and supersedes releases 2.35.0 to 2.35.6.
Please note that this the software packages for this release have the word “-EMBARGOED” suffixed to them, indicating that it is an “Embargoed release”.
EMBARGOED releases:
Embargoed releases contain fixes to security vulnerabilities which are not included in the open source DHIS2 repositories. They provide an opportunity for implementations to update before vulnerabilities are disclosed to the general public.
When the vulnerabilities are disclosed, the fixes will be made available in the open source DHIS2 repositories and the patches will be re-released without the -EMBARGOED suffix.
The EMBARGOED and non-embargoed versions of a patch, provided by the DHIS2 Team, are functionally identical. You can, and should, use EMBARGOED versions in your system as you would any patch release.
Note, however, that building the software yourself from the -EMBARGOED tag will result in a version that DOES NOT include the security fixes.
