The main site dhis2.org has the following error message and we cannot access resources hosted there.
Fatal error : Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4295229440 bytes) in /srv/web4/dhis2/dhis2.org/wp-includes/theme.php on line 325

It’s up now, but if you face any issue accessing the site again, please try using Guest mode to see if there’s any cache issue? If you are still seeing this issue in Guest mode, let us know again. I have reported this to the team.

I have always been a member of the community for a very long time not “active” one though.
I was able to access the site and I was looking for the upgrade notes for version 2.39.6 .

You can always find them in the community site under the tag patch-releases or release .
They are available on the site as well, DHIS 2.39 Overview - DHIS2 so I hope you have more than one option to access.
