DHIS2 on Local PC, and JavaScript in datasets

Hi community, I have two questions:

1. How can I install additional apps on the DHIS2 locally on my PC? I tried it but didn’t work.
2. I wrote a JavaScript code for a custom form to make the form collapsible. It works perfectly on my VS Code but not when I copy it into DHIS2. What could the issue be?

Please use the App Management app in your instance. What didn’t work? Could you share steps and error that appears as well as the version of the DHIS2 instnace?

Not all HTML code works in the custom dataset editor.
