Hello,
Do we have a way to create new enrollement from the DHIS2 Data Capture Mobile App or we can just edit the enrollment registered on the DHIS2 Web app ?!

Do you mean the Android App (Android Overview - DHIS2). If yes, you can create new enrollments and/or edit other enrollment.

The add button(+) does not appear after choosing the program. I can only search for registered members.
