I found a database for Sierra Leone but it doesn’t allow entry, so I’m seeking for a link to log in to the DHIS2 application as a guest to complete a simulation and training for data entry, verification, and construction of tables, charts, etc.

You can use https://play.dhis2.org/ and select the version of DHIS you are interested in. Login using admin/district credentials.
