The zip file you are downloading is probably broken because of a broken connection. I would try again when your connection is more stable.
Is your database very large? if so, the zip file will also be quite large (xml is very verbose).

It probably won’t make that much of a difference… is this also from localhost? it seems you might have some issues with your database… since it’s acting like this… the slowness is also related to this, probably…
