Hi Simon,

be sure that, your org units are a real parentid, for being sure, export all of then and check the colomns parentid and maybe you will see what happened

I am running dhis2 2.24

Some of organization units have disappeared from the hierarchy. When I check on the organisationunit table I find they are still there. For those org units still showing some look inconsistent

Anyone experienced this before?

I have found that someone had moved the org units.

I am trying to remember how to get audit trails to check who did this
