In the past week, I’ve discussed with the community and my team about the requirements for our DHIS2 project. The key question we aimed to address was:
1. What specifications are necessary for our project?
2. We anticipate that our project will grow significantly in the future. To start, we need to determine the resources required and their timelines. Specifically, we want to understand what resources we need initially, what should be scaled over time, and how specifications might change as the project progresses.
The guidance and tools provided have been instrumental in identifying key factors for our requirements. To make this information easier to understand and present, we plan to analyze the requirements using a multidimensional diagram.
