Hello,

Has anyone experienced data format issues with data entry on tracker? Even though we are capturing data in the correct format - the error “it is not a correct format” keeps popping up. Not sure if this is a bug with the android app - since the web version is saving as should.

Hi @mykbitz,

Do the data elements have a field mask configured? Currently the app doesn’t support some of the special characters (/X or /x)

Yes, they had it configured, and thanks a lot for the guidance. The issue is fixed, I took out the field masking.
