I am using three browsers Chrome 75, Firefox 68, Edge 44 with option javascript activated. When i tried to enter a relationship beetwen 2 tracked entities type using tracker app, we can see the list of relationship types in Firefox and Edget but not in Chrome.

I am not able to reproduce the problem for google chrome 75 on mac osX, on https://play.dhis2.org/2.32.1
Can you try and reproduce the problem in play.dhis2.org as well? Which version and operating system are you running?
There is one general thing to try when browsers works differently on the same program: Open the app “Cache cleaner” and clear the client side caches from this app - then try the Tracker Capture again.

It works with the site https://play.dhis2.org/2.32.1. I am using a Windows 10 with Tomcat 9 for testing before a potential deployement and a Windows client 10.
