ICAP at Columbia University is looking for a Development-Operations Engineer (Senior Staff Associate) with a background in DHIS2 or similar public health tools to work on the TRACE program.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Advisor of the TRACE program, the Development-Operations (DevOps) Engineer is responsible for designing system solutions to process and aggregate data collected through HIV recency data capture and management systems established within countries participating in the TRACE program. The Dev/Ops Engineer will also design web-based interface solutions to display key statistics and maps characterizing new infections in each country to inform national HIV prevention programming efforts.
