Deleted TEIs still shown on the Dashboards

Hi All,

I have been facing with a challenge.
I deleted TEIs on my 33.3 DHIS2 version. Data still shown on the Dashboards.
Can anybody help ?

Hi Amadou,

You can delete them permanently by using Data Administration → Maintenance.

Thanks for your suggestion but i already did that but the data are still shown on the indicators.

Ok, You can also check your system cache by using System Settings module. Personally I always disable cache.

Also if you have access to your db you can run this query to see if the deletion worked

select * from trackedentityinstance where deleted='t';

Thanks @didate unfortunately we have a BAO System hosting without access to the db.
But i will try to send the sql r the them.
