DB clears automatically after import Data from another instance

After importing OUs, Tracker Data from another instance. DB automatically gets clear after some period of uses. i tried many versions of dhis2 but the problem still persist. What causes DB to flush all the data automatically??

@sthrohit that doesn’t sound right. How are you verifying that there is no data in the database? Are you querying the database directly? Are you using the API? Or are you looking for analytics objects to be populated?

Hi @chase.freeman,
i directly viewed if there were data in DB using pgAdmin. there were no data in the tables( users, trackedentity).

How did i import/export data?
I exported data using import/export tool from another instance and imported to the new instance.
