Dear Team,
I have dhis2 2.30 version installed on client dhis2 LIVE environment. As per project need, we are storing nepali translations into datastore files and giving option of create/update from dashboard where as on 2.30 version we are getting “???” as a response after saving nepali words into datastore files.
Same workflow is working as expected on dhis2 2.36 and above versions.
Please guide us as client wont be able to update dhis2 version on LIVE environment.

2.30 is an outdated version of DHIS2. It’s recommended that you use a stable version that is up to date. As for this issue, would you be able to share the steps to reproduce it in any of the play.dhis2.org instances?

Thank you for your response.
I have saved sample JSON with nepali langauge on DHIS 2 Demo - Sierra Leone (Using the following steps below)
Steps:
Go to datastore management-> namespace “multi_program1” → key “traslations”
Same file updates with “???” to all nepali text whenever we update using postman in dhis2 version 2.30 and also on dashboard we get “???” only. Please refer screenshot attached.
Whereas it works in version 2.37

Thank you for sharing the info. If I understand correctly you would like it to work for version 2.30 which is an older version, but that version is outdated and is not receiving any updates for the appropriate approach would be to use one of the latest stable versions.
