Datasets not loading in Data Entry App

Hi, please I’m trying to load my datasets in the data entry app but it doesn’t load.

From the image above, I have an organization unit selected, but it shows “No org unit selected” at the top right, and I don’t have access to any of my data sets. Kindly help out. Thank you

  1. Is this a new installation? If new installation have you added relaxedQueryChars="[]" in the tomcat server.xml as per installation doc

  1. Are you using admin user? If not what’s the user previleges you current user has.

  2. Which browser you are trying, Chrome or Firefox are the kind of reccomended browsers in my experience, did you try incognito window and getting the same problem?
