Data set not appear

I have Created the Malaria data set in DHIS2 using the data collection form, when I open data entry app, data set not appear.

Please check the sharing settings for the dataset. Make sure that at least can view:

Didn’t read the text in the image. Could you please check the Console for errors (F12) and right before clicking on the OU, please open the Network tab in the browser’s DevTools (F12 → Network) to check if there are errors in the API requests?

  • What version of dhis2 are you using?
