Data not displaying in Pivot tables and Data Set reports

Dear DHIS2 community,

I am facing a problem in getting data to appear in Pivot Tables and data set Report and data set report.

I am using DHIS2 version 2.31.3, I checked my settings user roles, data elements, categories, data sets, and Org units, the settings look correct.

Please, I need your support, guidance to sort out this issue.

I am advising my organization to use DHIS2, I have a demo presentation next week.

I need support!
